A thermostatically switched electric radiator fan replacing the engine-driven fan, from the Maidenhead company that introduced the thermoelectric cooling fan in 1955, sold in kits for the Series IIA/III and the Ninety/One Ten/Defender to cut fan noise and power loss and improve cooling in traffic.

Rarity. Kenlowe of Maidenhead introduced the thermoelectric cooling fan in 1955 and its Land Rover kits have been one of the commonest Series and Defender modifications for forty years; still listed by Famous Four for Series IIA/III and Defender.
