Description
DC welding generator on a frame that bolts to the Land Rover tailboard hinge brackets in place of the tailboard, belt-driven from the rear PTO through a 9½ in and 5½ in pulley pair with three Fenner B50 belts. The LR150 gives 150 A (30-200 A range) and the LR200 200 A (40-250 A) at 3000 rpm, needing 16 or 20 bhp from the engine.

Rarity. Approved implement known from a single 1960 two-page brochure; no surviving examples found for sale in this research and lroe notes welder vehicles were built in removable frames that were later stripped.
