Description
Michelin's radial sand tyre in 7.50-16, offered by the Rover Company ex works on the Series II for maximum traction and flotation on soft, wet and slippery surfaces or in sand. The square-block tread became the classic expedition and desert Land Rover tyre.
Ex-works option on Series II; 7.50-16 later used on Defenders by expedition builders.
