TEAM Marek Pasierbski

Wrocław's Land Rover dealer since 1995, at Długołęka outside the city, which builds special-purpose Defenders alongside its sales and service business: the Polish Military Police's 140-vehicle Defender 110 Td5 intervention batch of 2006, and for more than a decade the underground Defenders of KGHM Polska Miedź's copper mines, over a hundred of which work in the pits.

History

TEAM Marek Pasierbski is the oldest Land Rover dealer in Wrocław, trading since 1995 and now a Jaguar Land Rover sales and service point at ul. Wrocławska 56, Długołęka, on the city's north-eastern edge. Besides the showroom the firm developed a conversion side for the Defender, which in Poland found work with the mining industry and the uniformed services.

Its best-known military work is the Żandarmeria Wojskowa's mid-2000s batch of 140 Defender 110 Td5s, supplied through Jaguar Land Rover's Warsaw importer as model-year 2006 left-hand-drive vehicles and fitted out at Długołęka with Ramsey winches, jerrycan racks, red-and-blue light bars, air-conditioning, Webasto heaters, GPS and police radio, most as raised-roof eight-seat station wagons and some as six-seat soft tops. For KGHM Polska Miedź the company has for over a decade built Defender-based vehicles for underground use in the copper mines of Lower Silesia, of which more than a hundred are in daily service.
