Description
Two-wheeled trailer carrying a worm-and-spur reduction winch driven by a universal shaft from the Land Rover's rear PTO, with cone-clutch drum engagement and an internal expanding brake for paying out. Pulls 7,000 lb on its fixed spade anchor and about 10,000 lb with an additional screw anchor, on 120-250 ft of ⅝ in wire rope; pneumatic tyres, overrun brakes and mudguards, used for tree pulling, hedge uprooting, demolition and vehicle recovery.
