The record

Tim Bromfield, Lynn Morris and Will Lorimer travelled around the Atlantic's low-lying coasts for their schools project. The model depicts the August 2009 launch configuration: orange Puma-era 110 XS Utility station wagon, solid rear side panels, pale steel wheels, raised intake, winch, A-bar, lamp guards and four roof lamps. The overhead launch photograph shows a silver rack deck with dark anti-slip panels and no expedition luggage yet. Registration BT08 BTX and the 2008 build date follow the supplied research; exact individual build and MOT dates have not been independently rechecked. Small sponsor artwork is simplified rather than invented. Handling figures are game tuning.

AI rendering impression

An AI rendering impression starts from a 3D model of this vehicle, which an image model then paints into a scene. It is an artist's impression of the type, made to give a feel for the vehicle in its element — not a photograph, and not a record of any particular vehicle.

Proportions, fittings, markings, colours and the setting can all drift from the original in the process. For the vehicle's actual details, rely on the specification, the photographs and the cited sources on this page.
