Centrifugal engine-speed governor kit for the 2.0 and 2¼-litre petrol engines, driven by a double pulley on the dynamo and linked to the carburettor, holding a set engine speed under load so PTO-driven welders, pumps and pulleys run at constant speed. With it a rear PTO offered 44 speeds from 415 to 2500 rpm, and Lincoln, Coventry Climax and other approved makers listed it as a required Land Rover extra for petrol vehicles.
